Purpose

This page summarises the data processing framework for the website and related digital services operated by or on behalf of Bice AG.

Processors

Bice AG may use hosting, infrastructure, payment, booking, analytics and communication service providers where required for the relevant website or service.

International data transfers

Where data is processed outside Switzerland or the EEA, appropriate legal safeguards are applied where required.

CommonTime — iPhone app and web workspace

Updated 8 October 2026. CommonTime is provided by Bice AG under the Atlantic AI trading name. The iPhone app stores teams and planning data locally and uses Apple-managed purchases. The web workspace requires an administrator-provided account, stores account/access information on the server and team details in browser local storage, and performs meeting calculations on the server using participant identifiers, country/time zone and working-hour preferences. Participant names, emails and meeting titles are excluded from those web planning requests.

Weather uses selected-city/airport coordinates (MET Norway), holidays use country/year (Nager.Date), exchange rates use ECB reference data, and iPhone flight-pattern updates use the CommonTime update service. The app/workspace has no advertising or analytics SDK/script; analytics on the corporate websites are a separate matter. No GPS access is required. Sharing with calendars or other services occurs when the user chooses the corresponding action.
